- Perform hands-on manufacturing & test of spectacularly critical opto-mechanical sub-assemblies and/or systems!
- Assist in the set-up, alignment, & calibration of sophisticated optical test equipment and processes
- Agreeable to working evenings or weekends, with pay differential
- Support manufacturing process improvements
- Ability to interpret technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision test & measurement equipment
- Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills to resolve technical challenges in manufacturing
- Strong ability to update documents for a repeatable Manufacturing Process
- Must have good interpersonal skills and work in a collaborative manner within a diverse culture
