About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Clinical Field Trainer to join our team. This hands-on role is central to the development and execution of impactful training and education initiatives across the organization. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality presentations and supporting healthcare professional (HCP) education through national programs, society meetings, and mobile lab in-services. As a critical bridge between sales and HCP training, you will help shape content strategy, identify educational gaps, and support the field with tools that drive success. This role will also have a hand in training sales team members as a Subject Matter Expert in the therapy and procedure. This role requires someone who can confidently command a room, communicate complex product information clearly, provide clear instruction to others and influence diverse audiences with professionalism and energy. This role requires the need for travel to support HCP education.
