As a Quant Analytics Associate on the Card Data & Analytics Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders in the Credit Card division to formulate quantifiable goals and developing strategies and experimentation to achieve these goals. Use your analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve our customer’s experience and drive engagement. You will engage in the execution of KPI tracking, trend analysis, dashboards and various analyses including segmentations, predictions and other techniques to improve business performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize data from a number of different sources to identify meaningful trends and patterns that will drive marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Extract data from various source using Snowflake and Python
  • Convert data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to develop and implement initiatives to drive profitable growth as well as Forecast P&L impacts of the marketing initiatives.
  • Measure the business performance and provide executive reporting to senior leadership on key performance trends.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
  • 2-3 years (with Bachelors) analytics experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis.
  • Proficiency writing code to query data (Snowflake SQL/Python)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and business insights
  • Critical and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Masters Degree preferred,in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
  • 1 years(with Masters) analytics experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis.
  • Experiences in financial services industry preferred
