As a Quant Analytics Associate part of Card Acquisitions Forecasting & Offers Analytics, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive investment strategies for credit card acquisitions. With a strong analytical background, proficiency in data processing and visualization, and the ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with multiple partners, you will be a key member of the team that drives sustainable growth in the Card business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Snowflake, SAS, Python, R, Alteryx, and other ETL tools to extract and analyze data, converting it into actionable insights.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to uncover meaningful trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies and acquisition forecasts.
  • Define appropriate key performance indicators to track business performance, and develop consistent, reliable, and informative reports.
  • Utilize Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights and tell compelling stories.
  • Partner with Finance, Risk, Marketing, and Product teams to improve processes and procedures related to the development, and P&L forecast, of initiatives aimed at driving sustainable growth of the credit card business.

Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree inquantitative field, e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc., involving data processing, analysis, and research
  • 3+ years’ professional experience in a data-driven environment
  • Experience with data ETL and visualization tools, e.g., Snowflake, SAS, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation, attention to detail, problem solving, analysis, intellectual curiosity, continuous improvement, risk management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Intermediate to expert experience with data ETL and visualization tools, e.g., Snowflake, SAS, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Experience in credit cards and/or retail banking
