As a Data analyst and Continuous Improvement Trainee, you will support organizational transformation projects within Teva Portugal. Your responsibilities will include to propose, track and support change initiatives, including the review, documentation and optimization of internal processes. Additionally, you will cooperate in data analysis projects and initiatives to support needs of the business and to build on existing KPIs.This position is is an IEFP internship under the program “Estagios +Talento, suited for a newly graduate with some knowledge of or interest in the Pharmaceutical Industry, along with good data analysis skills and a passion for process design and for driving organizational improvement every day.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business/Economics/Management, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, etc).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Proficiency in English
• Previous exposure to the Pharmaceutical Industry in Portugal and understanding of key business processes is a plus
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore innovative solutions.
• Analytical and evidence-based mindset, with a focus on data-driven organizational improvement.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with limited oversight.
