Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading/Managing a team of highly talented individuals for developing IBM FlashSystems (IBM Spectrum Virtualize) product
- Lead 15+ technical resources covering various aspects of IBM FlashSystem Development.
- Collaborate closely with other peer teams globally
- Functional Management ownership of IBM FlashSystems Software components design , development , integration and delivery.
What you will do :
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Excellent people management skills and ability to provide technical guidance to a team of experienced professionals
- 12+ years of relevant experience of Storage Development
- Experience in leading/managing a team of QA and Development Engineers
- Strong fundamentals in Storage Technologies like Virtualization, Block Storage, SAN, Plugin development concepts etc
- Able to handle multiple scrum teams and scrum of scrums.
- Excellent Communication, people management and leadership skills
- Experienced with networking protocols, Cloud application development, Public Cloud environments and no sql databases.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 6+ years of leading and mentoring teams.
- Systems and Storage Virtualization .
