What you’ll do
- Build strong internal relationships and help strengthen controls and awareness across Citi businesses globally
- Provide expert guidance and support on key controls, standard processes, operating procedures, and promote best practices
- Monitor reports to ensure third-party management policy required pre-contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring is carried out by responsible and / or accountable parties
- Work closely together with BAOs and support them to make sure all products and third parties comply with Citi’s risk mitigation standards
- Contribute to risk assessments and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices.
- Ensures that all product, operational, fiduciary, regulatory and payment system risks are actively identified, monitored, and adequately controlled
- Identify system or process weaknesses, proposing resolutions that will mitigate the exposure and increase processing efficiency
What we’ll need from you
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient English knowledge (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to function independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience
