What You’ll Do:
  • Implement Cisco's global sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in the market.
  • Build and handle relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Strengthen Cisco’s market presence by developing impactful solutions that transform sales relationships into long-term partnerships.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights.
  • Achieve set targets while contributing to Cisco’s overall profitability, success, and strong brand reputation in the marketplace.
Who You Will Work With

You will play a key role in crafting the competitive strategy for your accounts, working alongside country leaders and demonstrating the expertise of an extended team, including systems engineering, architectural specialists, services specialists, legal, and finance.

Minimum Requirements
  • 8–12 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Consistent record of successful solution selling and closing complex deals at the executive level.
  • Strong ability to navigate customer organizations, identifying key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Experience in the Enterprise & Commercial segment.
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills across extended account teams.
  • Strong commercial competence, negotiation skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly effective communicator, with strong English proficiency preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
