Essential Responsibilities:
- Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
- Advises immediate management on project-level issues
- Guides junior engineers
- Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
- Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Sandbox Innovation:Architect, build, and enhance our sandbox environment to streamline integration workflows for merchants and third-party partners.
Developer Experience (DX):Diagnose friction points in integration processes; design solutions to improve usability, documentation, and tooling (e.g., CLI, SDKs, APIs).
AI Integration:Explore AI/ML opportunities (e.g., automated testing bots, anomaly detection) to elevate sandbox intelligence.
Guide junior engineers and evangelize best practices for integration design.
Expertise inKubernetes (K8S)for container orchestration and environment management.
Proven background inmerchant/service support(e.g., payment gateways, e-commerce APIs, SaaS integrations).
Experience building/testingsandbox environments, mock services, or developer portals.
Experience in e-payment domain and good understanding about mainstream workflows of payment service
emerging technologies(AI/ML, serverless, etc.) with a growth mindset.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD), API gateways (Apigee, Kong), and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) andinfrastructure-as-code(Terraform).
Contributions to open-source projects or public API/SDK designs.
