Requirements

• EE/CS or related majors. Bachelor and above.

• yearsworking in software engineering.

• proficiencyinJava, withdemonstratedsuccess in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and other enterprise frameworks.

• inmicroservice design, high-concurrency service optimization, and operational excellence for large-scale production systems.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, HBase,DynamoDBor equivalent.

• Knowledge of OLAP databases likeBigQuery, Druid,Starrocksor equivalent.

• Deep understanding ofdatabase principles, SQL optimization, and data modeling, beyond basic CRUD operations, to support high-performance transactional and analytical systems.

• Proven experience inevent-driven service developmentand integrating event streaming platforms into business-critical solutions.

• Practical experience withmessage queues(e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and asynchronous programming paradigms for building decoupled, event-driven architectures.

• Proven ability to design and write reliable, available, scalable, maintainable, secure, and performant code.

• Strong communicationand leadership skills, withthe ability to influence.architectural decisions and mentor cross-functional engineering teams.

• Familiarity with AI developer tools and Generative AI technologies.
