Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
Experience selling Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software.
Experience working in a board-room environment, providing advice to management.
Experience with prospects/customers within the media industry.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently and English at business level as the role requires interactions in both languages at each required level with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with large, complex commercial and legal business agreements, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects.
Ability to work with Sales Engineers and customer Technical Leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
