What you'll do:
- Segment Strategy definition - Help define our strategy for Premium Products over the short- and long-run
- Financial Planning - Lead and execute monthly forecasting processes, holding product owners accountable for their financial performance
- Stakeholder and Project Management- Act as a project manager for Premium products initiatives, including communication with both internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks and making data driven decisions to optimize results
- Problem Solving- Identify and address challenges early, using data and strategic thinking to navigate obstacles and deliver successful outcomes
- Data-Driven Insights- Leverage data to inform the decisions you make around the strategy and structure of initiatives
- Operational Execution and Improvement - Lead the execution of initiatives, continuously making improvements in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in startup, strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field
- SQL proficiency and experience with involved data analytics
- Financial acumen. Understands the importance of investments and different means of measuring return
- High standards and a bias toward action. You can find the context and information you need through relationships across the organization, you push for clarity and delivery, and you hold a high bar from your contributions and those of the people you work with
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
