Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring key Metrics & Dashboard to ensure the client deliveries are accurate & on track with agreed SLA's. All overdue /ageing items need to be flagged off with the right level of escalations
- Communicating with service partners to ensure the timely resolution of all queries both internally and externally.
- Challenges the status quo and supports change
- Has a good understanding of Regulations (UCITS/NURS/AIMFD)
- Understands basic coding language e.g. SQL
- Regularly identities process improvements and efficiencies; eliminates unnecessary bureaucracy
- Reviewing and controlling of the daily operation, ensuring adherence to procedures and controls and providing necessary data to senior management and clients.
- Develops capabilities and skillsets to keep relevant and expands critical skills to address anticipated demands, certifications, training, etc.. - Representing Compliance reporting with key stakeholders including fund management, the custodian, the transfer agent and all other related parties.
Required qualification, skills and capabilities:
- 12+ years or more in Banking / Financial services industry or with accounting firm.
- Good understanding of security types and financial products
- Awareness of stock market practices & data vendor systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
- Analytical with good problem-solving skills
- Committed approach with the ability to communicate effectively within a team
- Implement process improvements and continuously look at ways to enhance the productivity within the process.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
- Holds self and others to the letter and spirit of the firm’s Code of Conduct, its policies and related local / international laws / regulations
- Understands and applies knowledge of role-related risks
- Develops capabilities and skillsets to keep relevant and expands critical skills to address anticipated demands, certifications, training, etc.
- Communicates clear messages and compelling messages and priorities to guide and motivate others
