Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and test of image sensors and camera systems.
Lead and manage engineers in the development of new laser sources
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and external suppliers, to define and execute project plans.
Drive continuous improvement in performance and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of light detection principles and semiconductor physics.
Proven experience in image sensor design and camera system development.
Extensive knowledge of lasersources, including in the ultraviolet spectrum.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Prior experience in an engineering managerial or leadership role.
10+ years of relevant fields of engineering development with 7+ years of management experience
