Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and test of image sensors and camera systems.

• Lead and manage engineers in the development of new laser sources

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and external suppliers, to define and execute project plans.

• Drive continuous improvement in performance and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of light detection principles and semiconductor physics.

• Proven experience in image sensor design and camera system development.

• Extensive knowledge of lasersources, including in the ultraviolet spectrum.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in an engineering managerial or leadership role.

• 10+ years of relevant fields of engineering development with 7+ years of management experience
