Role and Responsibilities
Lead the paid media strategy from start to execution across multiple channels, including PPC, Display, BVOD, YouTube, Pinterest and Meta. Your primary focus will be on campaign performance management.
Review and approve with HOM all paid media activity. Identifying trends and insights to optimise spend and performance.
Create content for media activity, including localising HQ content and working with agencies to build new material.
Drive forward the consumer reviews process and come up with new ways and tactics to increase the number of reviews we receive, especially around new product launches.
Manage the DA partnership strategy, engaging with current partners and devising approaches to cultivate new ones. Build collaborative relationships that are mutually beneficial to both partners and helps both reach their objectives.
Act as the central contact for CRM campaigns, drafting quarterly briefs to ensure that the DA strategy and key messages are effectively conveyed to consumers. Maintain a consistent share of voice for DA, continually looking to optimise performance through regular reporting and analysis.
Work closely with the Social team to work on the influencer strategy and build a digital community of DA ambassadors, partnering with them to create relevant and inspiring content.
Support the DA marketing team to deliver ‘bold and brilliant’ marketing activities for flagship launches as well as ‘always on’ activities that deliver against marketing objectives
Collaborate with marketing colleagues in corporate marketing team to ensure, campaign message can be seamlessly driven across all customer touchpoints.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
360 marketing experience, with a particular focus on digital media and partnerships
Experience of handling marketing budgets
Proficient in dealing with and handling agencies, holding them to accountability
Ability to handle multiple internal and external partners in order to successfully deliver on key projects
Strategic problem solver, ability to multi-task and project manage large & sometimes complex activities
Great communicator in person but also written and over emails
Organised and forward thinking
Commercially minded and able to link activity to results
Strong attention to detail
Ability to succeed in highly complex and very fast paced environments
Strong communicator with proven presentation skills
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role the candidates ideally has:
Experience in a B2C consumer marketing role with a focus on digital marketing
Experience in brand and digital marketing in technology, FMCG, entertainment or an agency role
Contributed to delivering successful marketing campaigns and/or product launches
Partner management skills
Ability to set vision and strategy
Able to work independently
Curiosity and a desire to be part of a team that creates brilliant marketing campaigns
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week
