How you’ll spend your day
  • Plan, develop and implement internal and external marketing and communications.
  • Lead the creation of communication assets and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and/or support development of marketing assets related to generic products and programs.
  • Strengthen the marketing strategy of Teva Canada’s generic product portfolio through the development of impactful product and patient support programs.
  • Work in collaboration with external suppliers and industry-experts to develop and implement pharmacy programs for independent retail and corporate customers that are relevant to the changing pharmacy landscape and product support needs.
  • Oversee the integrity of all existing pharmacy programs by regularly reviewing content and performance. Manage the program portfolio to ensure budget allocation is towards programs that are achieving the highest performance metrics.
  • Build, implement and monitor strategic promotional campaigns to drive uptake of pharmacy programs and resources.
  • Develop educational information, marketing collateral and presentations to corporate account representatives and retail sales on all aspects of Teva’s pharmacy program offerings.
  • Responsible for ensuring medical, legal, HR and regulatory compliance for all external facing assets.
  • Present pharmacy programs to customers as requested and represent Teva at industry tradeshows.
  • Preform additional duties as required by the business.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of successful and relevant experience with internal and external corporate communications and/or marketing activities, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry and its’ relevant stakeholders as well as an understanding of the regulatory environment and related requirements and practices within pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of PAAB, CCCEP and OPQ accreditation processes and requirements is an asset.
  • Excellent English language communication skills (oral and written); knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Confident presenting in front of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Self-starting and proactive, exhibits sound judgement, positive interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software and systems.
