Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI/ML models, from deployment to testing and monitoring.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Understanding of cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Basic understanding of system administrators tasks in Linux and Windows servers.
• Understanding of network protocols, database schema, and software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of front end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries like AngularJS, ReactJS is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of AI/ML models for operational improvement.
• Helping in the automation of IT operations with the help of scripting.
• Assisting in monitoring and managing cloud services and platforms.
• Collaborating with teams for product's operational efficiency.
• Assisting in troubleshooting issues across various levels of the tech stack.
• Learning and assisting in managing system and network configurations.
• Insights on improving existing processes and technologies, and researching and suggesting new ones.

Education and Experience:

• 0-3 years’ experience; bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work

Schedule:

• 9 AM - 5 PM EST
• 1-3 days in office (Local to the Newtown Square Pennsylvania office is ideal)
