Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Experience using Python and R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian to work with customers in Italy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in presenting insights and results to senior audiences.
- Experience in dealing with and influencing senior advertiser/agency decision makers.
- Experience with brand third-party measurement solutions, site analytics, CRM, and data systems.
- Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment, with constantly evolving technology and across different markets and industries.
- Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a complex environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
