Key Responsibilities
Leadership Partnership :Embedded business partner providing coaching across the talent lifecycle.
Execution of Talent Practices (360 Feedback, Comp review, Employee Survey):Provide advice, guidance, and manage questions for Talent Programs. Partner with HRBP Director+ in additional interventions (e.g., facilitated sessions or coaching at the individual/team level).
Talent Management (onboarding, learning and career development, talent density, team effectiveness):Partner with Talent’s centers of excellence and business leaders to ensure strong talent management practices, including onboarding of new managers (30/60/90 day check-ins),
Profile/Experience
8+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, including 4+ years as an HRBP specifically
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking and analysis
Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English
Drives recommendations and prioritization
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Project management and execution skills
Coaching and consulting skills
Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team & business
This role is based out of our Los Angeles offices. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are in-office and Mondays and Fridays can be either WFH or in-office.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $280,000.
