JOB DUTIES

  • Critical partner to global brand, product, content, and integrated marketing teams in realizing the potential of omnichannel experiences and engagement, led by data and a customer first mindset.
  • “Connective-tissue” across brand strategy, products and services marketing, and our comms strategy to help ensure delivery of a cohesive approach to global storytelling and amplification.
  • Align with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, outline scope, deliverables and required resources for new strategic initiatives across corporate marketing.
  • Help increase visibility and priority setting across content and campaigns via the launch, process management and ongoing enablement of a scalable, GTM intake and activation approach across corporate marketing.
  • Help manage the development and maintenance of a scalable launch GTM playbook, capturing best practices that drive measurable outcomes against our business and marketing objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor program performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects.
  • Champion SAP brand values, principles, expression, and guidelines across the company, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and integration of strategic programs into all touchpoints and experiences.

MINDSET & COMPETENCIES

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeve to get the work done. You are comfortable with ambiguity, detail oriented and highly adaptable. The Corporate Marketing team has a hands-on culture, and this job is a hands-on role.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing cross functional teams. This role will rely on other teams within Corporate Marketing and other areas within Marketing & Solutions to get things done. It will be your job to help others and collaborate to move forward.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of marketing and communications experience, specializing in digital, with progressive growth in responsibilities
  • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in an agile, highly matrixed environments
  • Strong operational and problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborator with the ability to build and grow strong cross-functional partnerships with internal teams and external partners
  • Omni-channel integrated marketing experience
  • Strong in project management

qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives and communicating ideas with clarity
  • Experience with marketing tools plus: i.e., Opal, Sprinklr, Wrike and Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create compelling presentations
  • Creative thinker who can relate to challenges and opportunities from many different perspectives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
