Procurement Internship

You are responsible for

• Performs extensive 1st line and/or 2nd line support activities

• Provides system maintenance and updates while assuring compliance maintenance.

• Identifies, participates (supports) or leads in procurement /improvement projects /initiatives locally and globally

• Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities

• Part of contract negotiations

• Performs sourcing of transportation, warehousing and customs brokerage services covering 10+ markets in Asia Pacific Region.

• Manage contracts and related negotiations with internal stakeholders and external logistics suppliers

• Collaborate with supplier quality teams for Quality Agreement

• Partner with other functions for regional and global strategic projects

• Identifies, participates or leads inprocurement/improvementprojects /initiatives

To be considered, you should possess the following:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in relevant major (i.e. Business administration, supply chain etc)

• Stakeholder Management skills

• Enjoys working in a multi-cultural &team-based environment

• Possess good communications & social skills

• Possess good organization skills ​

• Conversational Mandarin is a big plus but no complusion

• Are available for an internship from July- December, 2023
