Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage a dynamic operations global team to support cross company activities.
  • Responsible for all supply chain activities including Logistics, Planning, Warehouse & Distribution and PMO’s.
  • Assume overall responsibility for a global finish good availability for customers based on the company targets.
  • Set and manage KPI for global finish goods inventory, raw materials inventory and availability to customers.
  • Oversee and manage worldwide company inventory, supplier management and ensure that manufacturing targets are met.
  • Responsible for global demand planning team, managed forecasts and production plans for all manufacturing sites.
  • Manage the global logistics activities including optimization of the company distribution, logistics processes, TPLs, shipping and global trade.
  • Establish processes and implement best practices to maintain operations' flexibility and ability to adjust quickly to the fluctuations in the customers' demands.
  • Determine best practices for operational excellence and cost saving for the global supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the different business units in the organization like sales, marketing, finance, R&D, etc. to create coordinated plans for business growth.
  • Establish annual goals, workplan and objectives including stretch targets, in coordination with corporate objectives, and manage performance.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • BSc or BA degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent level.
  • MBA – an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the multidisciplinary or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a similar role in a global organization – an advantage.
  • Well experienced in materials planning within multinational organization.
  • Experienced in complex global logistics processes in a different distribution areas.
  • Ability to manage highly complex and/or critical internal and external relationships requiring diplomatic and strong negotiating, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in developing scalable processes that accelerate the integration of acquired companies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing KPI’s to track goals.
  • A high level of proficiency in assessing, developing and managing people.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Direct reports include the Global Demand Planning Team Manager, Global Trade and Logistics Manager and Global Demand Planning Project Manager.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Based in a pleasant office environment. Must be willing to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
