Responsibilities

• Be part of the team responsible for the Metrology system technology transfer from R&D to MFG.
• Support the development & manufacturabilityof multidisciplinary systemsfor semiconductor metrology applications.
• Manage work plans: Build process, Fixtures, Test plans, Training.
• Trouble-shoot system and subsystem-related issues. Perform analysis tovalidate multidisciplinarysystem performance.
• Work with System, Optics, ME & SW R&D teams to build and use the multidisciplinary tools effectively and optimize tool performance.
• Provide design for manufacturing (DFM) feedback to product design engineers.
• Travel to vendors and customers. Up to 20% Travel is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSC in Electrical / Mechanical (Optics) Engineering with minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience in working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the NPI area.
• Experience with multidisciplinary system development or manufacturing is a must.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in electronics systems.
• Ability to influence functional groups to drive system-level decisions.
• Familiar with MATLAB and LabView.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English and high presentation skills.
