JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Set up of highly complex transactions. It is a fast-paced environment, periodic volume of work, that builds the foundation for career progression into many different roles within Operations as well as roles in Portfolio Services and Quality Control.
- Responsible for review of the credit approvalto generate documentation and fund within designated Service Levels
- Timely attestation/correction of Quality errors and Service Level breaches
- Maintain prompt and proactive communication with business partners as to the status of documentation and funding.
- Escalate rush requestsas appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain a working knowledge of required systems and procedure changes to support deal setup, documentation and funding activities that evolve
- Minimize credit and business risk through awareness of procedure, compliance, and bank policy
- Participating in projects and working groups as required
Desired qualifications, capabilities and skills: - Prior loan operations and/or quality control experience in a banking or financial services industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to navigate and consistently update internal workflow systems
- Exceptional customer service skills including excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads while working within tight service levels.
- Above average quality of work with minimalerror rate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy with completed work
- Ability to consistently maintain high performance levels in high-volume peaks
- Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas for process improvement
