HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Leading and coordinating the strategic roadmap for ETFs as well as the end-to-end product design, development, launch and ongoing oversight for ETFs in partnership with the broader Global Product Strategy team.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to prioritize and efficiently execute on new ETF product ideas that leverage the firm’s investment capabilities and best thinking, drive scale and address meaningful and measurable client demand.
  • Developing and communicating ETF product proposals and strategic ETF platform updates for senior management, boards, and internal governance committees.
  • Technical project management of new product design and structuring, changes to existing ETFs, evaluating, and identifying conversion opportunities, as well as helping drive and oversee infrastructure requirements for broad ETF product initiatives (working with investment teams, capital markets, distribution, legal, tax, compliance, fund services, finance, operations, etc.)
  • Owning the ongoing product management to ensure the ETF product suite remains competitive, is properly positioned to address commercial growth opportunities, and in compliance with latest regulations.
  • Keeping abreast of major developments in the industry (i.e. regulations, tax, competition, etc.) that create new opportunities or challenges to our business.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, CFA or MBA preferred, 10+ years of financial industry experience.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required (and will be sponsored by the firm if not already completed).
  • In-depth knowledge of the ETF industry, client channels, capital markets, vehicle mechanics and infrastructure requirements through previous experience in ETF product management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across all levels and functions.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and commercial perspective.

Strong technical skills including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with industry data, vendors, operating models, etc.


The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
