ASSET MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish private markets investment research content; lead cross-collaboration between quantitative, deal and sales team to synthesize insights and key findings
• Perform statistical analysis to develop private markets outlook. Integrate outlook into private markets modeling assumptions
• Collaborate with engineering in the development and continuous evolution of proprietary asset allocation and portfolio construction models
• Leverage proprietary data to develop technology to support data-driven portfolio management, partner with engineering and quant teams to develop and refine proprietary models and tools
• Lead portfolio and risk management strategic initiatives including but not limited to quantitative research and data enhancements

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a highly analytical role in asset management or investment banking, with a minimum of 5 years in private equity
• Strong working knowledge of private markets asset allocation, portfolio management and investing
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in predictive modeling or statistical analysis within the financial sector
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated research ability and data visualization
• Strong writing and oral communication skills, capable of articulating complex findings to a non-technical audience, including senior leadership
• A strategic mindset and leadership capabilities, with a deep interest in investment management and a creative, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Excellent time, people, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a global team
