- Negotiate and manage contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental vendors to secure favorable rates and services

- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting travel policies
- Manage and maintain travel systems and apps to improve service levels and data access
- Organize and oversee all aspects of employee travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Guide employees on travel booking, reimbursement, and safety protocols
- Collaborate across departments to align travel policies with business goals and budgets
- Resolve travel issues promptly and maintain strong vendor relationships
All you need is:
- 10+ years in travel management or a similar role within a global company
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple travel logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and stakeholders
- Proven negotiation skills for securing optimal travel rates and services
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Detail-oriented with a focus on policy compliance and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting on travel expenses and budgets
- Independent decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills for travel-related support
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and apps
- Established relationships with key aviation industry stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, travel management, or related field
- Proficient in travel booking systems, Microsoft Office, and compliance requirements (TSA, IATA, visa rules)
- Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
