About The Role

You will hold the full scope of responsibilities including crafting and enforcing our travel policy, monitor & analyze travel activities and spend, act as the go to person for all travel related matters and liaise with our travel agency and travel and expense platform teams

  • Responsible for maintaining/ongoing enhancing smooth, efficient & safe global travel
  • Procedures, assisting team members as needed and addressing emergencies.
  • Investigate malfunction root causes and strive for ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure that the company complies to all relevant travel regulations and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees on travel documents, insurance, and travel laws.
  • Drive drafting, communicating and enforcing the company travel policy.
  • Track and analyze spend, issue reports and leverage data to improve spend, such as partnering with various travel providers: airlines, hotels etc.
  • Lead process, vendor selection and implementation of online booking tool.
  • Manage closely relationships with travel agencies and various vendors.
  • Constantly researching new opportunities to improve overall travel efficiency.
  • This role is based out of our TLV office with global responsibilities
Your Experience & Skills
  • At least 5-7 years as a corporate travel manager.
  • A bachelor’s degree in travel, hospitality or equivalent - advantage.
  • Familiarity with all major online booking tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of travel management processes & experience with travel and expense reporting.
  • Data driven approach, analytical skills, and software proficiency.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure, exceptional multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines.
  • Strategic approach to planning/problem solving combined with hands-on approach.
  • Previous experience with team management – preferred
  • Proficiency in travel and expense reporting (CTM) & online booking tools - must; GDS
