As a Manager, you will guide the team in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients in the Financial Services industry. Your expertise will ensure that we align business needs with technical requirements while optimizing performance and scalability within the ServiceNow environment.
Your key responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:
- Implement GRC/HRSD/ITSM/ITOM for Tier-1 clients within the Financial Services industry.
- Manage and enhance ServiceNow solutions.
- Design innovative technology transformation programs, including utilising Generative AI capabilities.
- Align technology services with business objectives.
- Be the trusted technical advisor to our clients.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
What we’re looking for
Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
- Over 7 years of industry experience, including team leadership in Consulting or similar environment.
- Implementation experience across a combination of modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM , SPM, Secops, IRM, FSM, Virtual Agent.
- Hands on experience with development and maintenance of integrations with 3rd Party tools using (web services, REST, SOAP, email, MID Servers etc).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, JSON, Angular, XHTML, and XML.
- Knowledge of security and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-30, and/or PCI).
- Solid grasp of ITIL processes.
- ServiceNow Implementation certifications, such as CTA, module specific CIS.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- An understanding of how the ServiceNow Virtual Agent functionality works on the Portal.
- Experience with database design schemas and data modelling.
- A fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and testing skills, along with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
