Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with New Product Introductions (NPI), demand planning, supply planning, NPI operations, with the ability to adapt due to the changing nature of NPI.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, work across siloed domains, and facilitate agile decision making.
- Ability to generate multiple scenarios, define corresponding plans of actions, adjust plans as unknown variables become known, and orchestrate closed loop execution across multiple functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
