JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Logistics Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, CTPAT/OEA regulations and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and give Honeywell a competitive edge in the market. With your expertise in logistics management and strong analytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costs while meeting delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, including CTPAT and OEA.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Strong experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics management warehousing, and inventory management principles.
  • Inventory Control.
  • Logistics cost.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual 85% - English
  • Advanced knowledge on CTPAT-OEA regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
