As a Logistics Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inoptimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You will be accountable forcoordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensureefficient supply chain operations and give Honeywell a performance-driven edgein the market. With your expertise in logistics management and stronganalytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency,and customer satisfaction. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams andensure compliance with regulations will contribute to the success of ourlogistics operations. You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’ll work out of our BatonRouge LA location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of oursupply chain operations. You will analyze transportation methods, negotiatecontracts with carriers, and implement strategies to streamline logisticsprocesses. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will ensureon-time and accurate order fulfillment. By collaborating with suppliers,vendors, and third-party logistics providers, you will establish strongpartnerships and optimize the movement of goods within the supply chain. • Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency andreduce costs.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery,ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costswhile meeting delivery timelines.
• Work with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers toestablish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders acrossthe organization.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in afast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
• 1+ years of Hazmat, transportation, warehousing, and/or inventorymanagement ethics.
• 1+ yearsof experience with SAP • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relatedfield.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
