, product growth and scale. As a key technical influencer, you will play a pivotal role in setting thetechnical direction, contributing to major software subsystems, and mentoring other engineers on their technical growth.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Ownership:Ownership ofdeliverableson time with high quality.Workclosely withstakeholders (PLM’s, Architects, Leads)acrossthe organizationto ensure timely& smoothdelivery.

  • :Plan the tasks, identify priorities,andallocatetothe team.Work with the teamtrackthe progressregularly. Remove blockers for the team.

  • Regularly assist Architects andPrincipal Engineers, Engineers

  • Innovative Solutions:Work closely with Architects to devise and developnew solutions, particularly those involving cross-module dependencies.

  • Product Design Detailing:Regularly detail all aspects of product design, ensuring alignment with the technical architectural framework.

  • Performance Optimization:Review product architecture, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and other systemic limitations.

  • Act as a managerfor team members, promoting their growth and development within the team.

  • Translate business requirements into system design strategies, defining high-level functional and physical design elements.

  • Integration Opportunities:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Technical Proficiency:Strongskills in C/C++/Golang(at least one of these)arenecessary.

  • Knowledge and experience in internet proxy technologies, Linux systems, and performance engineering is a plus.

  • Networking background:Well-versed Layer2 – Layer7 networking principles with proficiency in working deeply in L4/L7.

  • Kubernetes Proficiency:Well-versed in Kubernetes environments, capable of navigating and leveraging their capabilities.

  • Project Leadership:Capable of delivering projects, with a provenrecord of accomplishmentof leading complex product technologies from concept through release.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Communication Excellence:

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience with abachelor'sdegree; or 12 years and amaster'sdegree; or a PhD with 9 years’ experience; or equivalent experience.

The annual base pay for this position is: $173,694.00 - $260,542.00
