About the Role:

As a Travel and Expense (T&E) Analyst II, you will be responsible for auditing expense reports, processing payments in SAP, participating in acquisitions go-live activities, and providing feedback to the team regarding new updates. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for travel and expense processes

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Process payments in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Participate in acquisitions go-live activities, including system integration and process alignment.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding new updates and changes in the T&E processes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for travel and expense-related queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support internal and external audits related to travel and expense processes.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for T&E procedures and processes.
  • Assist in the development and reporting of department metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in similar positions
  • Proficiency in English (90%+).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactiveness and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent soft skills related to audit and process improvement.
  • Experience with SAP and knowledge of expense management processes.
  • Strong and clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team
