Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Excellent communication skills and a challenge taker who can work under high pressure.

- ITIL related certification
- OSS related certification
- IBM product related skills
- Middleware related certification, MQ/WAS/DB2/Oracle
- English: Proficient
