Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of sales experience in the technology industry and Saas Platform sales.
2 years of experience managing and leading a team.
Experience in sales leadership and meeting business goals within enterprise SaaS application.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with marketing or sales support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
Experience reaching and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Goal oriented, analytical, detail-oriented, with ability to maneuver in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.
Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese with local stakeholders.
