Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of sales experience in the technology industry and Saas Platform sales.
- 2 years of experience managing and leading a team.
- Experience in sales leadership and meeting business goals within enterprise SaaS application.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing or sales support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
- Experience reaching and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Goal oriented, analytical, detail-oriented, with ability to maneuver in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.
- Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese with local stakeholders.
