Specific responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact at our front desk, responsible for greeting andassistingallguestsandemployees. Ensure efficient management of front deskoperations, including handling inquiries, directingvisitorsandmaintaininga welcoming reception area.

  • Coordinate and streamline day to day operationsof Fashion Square office spacesto ensure efficiency and effectiveness,including reviewingandmaintainingfully stocked and operationalconference rooms,breakareas, and supporting technology/equipment

  • Daily review of all 5th floor conference rooms, making sure all equipment is powered down, drinks stocked in mini-fridge, and equipment/technology is in place, etc.

  • Set up and break down large in-person meetings,including coordinating and receiving catering deliveries andassistingwith any technology setup.

  • Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods of time

  • Ability to move trays and carts of work, repetitive motions

  • Serve as a notary for teams andpartner with Finance team toreceive,process,logand securechecks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact forall visitors,equipment returns,badge requests and new employee first day in office, providing exceptional customerservice

  • Develop clear and consistent procedures forwork order management, including new work orders,andescorting/managing third partyvendors working onsite

  • Oversee onsitelogistics, includingparking inquiries/issues, employee access, building maintenance requests and spearheadtroubleshooting any issues that arise.

  • Manage shared inbox, incoming mail, UPS pickups/receiptsand process mail and deliveries, directing to theappropriateparties

  • Maintain supply orders, includingtracking and managing when replacements are needed and proactively ordering supplies to stock breakroom, conference rooms andprinters

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and quality ofprocesses,tasksand front desk operations.

  • Ability to take direction well from multiple sources


- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically up to two years of related experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.63 - $28.19 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
