Your key responsibilities

• Be involved in client assessment and process discovery workshops, focusing on understanding and documenting requirements (i.e. process diagrams, user stories, Solution Design Document, Data Models, etc.)
• Be responsible for the requirements documentation quality and timely completion
• Support the successful completion of the testing period according to UAT plan
• Keep liaison with the project and client team for a successful project delivery and handover activities
• Support the Project Management Team during delivery activities (research on tech trends and new technologies, presentation creations, etc.)
• Have a good understanding of the modern technology landscape
• Assist the Business Development Lead in the preparation and delivery of tender documentation and other easy to re-use go to market materials

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Previous requirements gathering, process mapping and redesign experience (nice to have)
• Previous exposure to software implementation projects/ initiatives (nice to have)
• Knowledge about multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) (nice to have)
• Knowledge of UiPath, Druid, Gen AI technologies and their capabilities (nice to have)
• Excellent English communication skills
