As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at Honeywell.In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with various HR functions,including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will partner withbusiness leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidanceand support. As an HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute tothe development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs thatfoster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. As a peopleleader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supportingour employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across thecompany. You will report directly to our HR Director, and you will work out of our location on a 3day-work schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning
- Architect and drive end-to-end talent strategies
- Partner with and coach leaders
- Ensure the structure, jobs, and skills in the company match its long-term plans and goals while providing employees

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 8+ years of Human Resources experience
- U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
