As the leader of our media planning team, you will oversee a team of planners and our media partners in the ideation and execution of media plans that focus on both brand building and those that drive performance.
16+ years of experience in media advertising with some experience at a media or creative agency, with 8+ years of direct people management experience.
Experience in briefing and executing, effective cross channel media plans that drive performance
Knowledge of media metrics and measurement opportunities
Experience partnering cross-functionally with various teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure cohesive and innovative media strategies
Experience managing large media budgets and negotiating and securing favorable media placements that align with business objectives
Deep expertise on the communication process and how different inputs and messaging impact the customer journey
Proven experience in implementing A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audiences or platforms, improving conversion or engagement rates
Experience in audience and media planning with extensive knowledge in media analytics
Ability to be move between broad strategic alignment to deep specific approaches depending on the audience
Current knowledge and experience in channel planning across all channels especially digital and social
Provide thought leadership in emerging media and technology
International media planning or buying experience
