Job responsibilities
- Partner with existing engineering colleagues to help deliver change to the current toolset, including ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements aimed at improving existing infrastructures and tools.
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions that saves time, cost and effort for our teams.
- Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.
- Leads communities of practice across SW Engineering within CTC to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies so that we can grow the capability and job family.
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification in Cybersecurity operations and 3+ years applied experience
- Hands on experience in cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Proficiency in Servicenow tool, expertise in development and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding in Automation, AI, Machine learning , ITIL concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security architecture design principles
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies.
- Cybersecurity controls industry knowledge (including Data Loss Prevention).
