Job Description
- Analysis of Funds Sales and business performance (including sales, revenues and market data analysis
- Preparation of periodic and ad hoc business performance presentations/reviews - MIS, Net Sales analysis on product and clients/sales allocation monitoring;
- Oversight business risks and perform effective controls across on the business activity to ensure it is in compliance with corporate-wide objectives and policies;
- Co-ordinate and monitoring Client Advisor Presentation workflow (data update, translation and compliance sign off);
- Co-ordinate all aspects of Client Reporting (Solvency II, PRIIPS, MiFid II, etc.) /ad hoc requests with internal and external stakeholders (Insurance, Institutional Clients s & Asset Managers, Advisory Desks) and related business projects;
- Developed strong Client relationships to offer business solutions and comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Italian retail Investors market and its dynamics
- Advanced understanding of Luxembourg fund ranges and Italian Fund industry
- Graduate degree in Economics/Finance
- Significant experience in the similar role
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
- Language: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent in writing and speaking).
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong control & oversight attitude
