What You’ll Do

As a Workplace Team Lead (WTL) - Region within GSO, you will:

• Experience : Bring a minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience.
• Site Assessment : Be responsible for the region/metro site assessment and reporting on status and health in collaboration with outsourced contract management partners.
• Financial Accountability : Have financial and fiduciary accountability within prescribed limits, leading evaluations of options analysis to ensure optimized outcomes for Cisco.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and P&L of the portfolio, ensuring financial and operational success.
• Manage real estate, property management, construction projects, operations, maintenance, food, and technical services.
• Cultivate a best-in-class workplace environment.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for site issues, ensuring seamless resolution.
• Conduct site assessments and report on status and health in partnership with outsourced contract management partners.
• Maintain financial and fiduciary accountability within prescribed limits.
• Lead evaluations of options analysis to ensure optimized outcomes for Cisco.
