Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law, LL.B, JD or equivalent law degree.
- Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
- 8 years of experience at an international law firm and/or in-house at a multinational company.
- Deep expertise and understanding of laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Saudi bar admission preferred but not essential.
- Strong legal knowledge of a broad range of issues relating to Apple’s products and services.
- Experience in emerging markets.
- Experience working with government agencies, regulators and other stakeholders in the region.
- Proven ability to advise on complex legal and regulatory issues.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment on time sensitive issues.
- Keen interest in regional developments and public policy issues.
