As our Senior Marketing Coordinator you’ll work on a variety of multi-channel campaigns and programmes varying in size and complexity. Your campaigns and programmes will maximise engagement and generate client acquisitions through a range of marketing methods, such as digital, client experience, content marketing and media.
Your key responsibilities
- Working with marketing team members and business stakeholders across the New Zealand business to deliver marketing programmes.
- Facilitate all aspects of campaign execution and effectively engage other BMC functions across social, design, web and comms.
- Copy writing for a variety of channels, including invites, internal communications, client communications, website and social media to build brand reputation and strengthen relationships for the firm.
Skills and attributes for success
- Passionate about digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills: strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly to a range of audiences.

- Experience in end-to-end campaign management and implementation.
- Strong project management skills - ability to work under pressure on multiple projects or project elements, simultaneously and to tight deadlines.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills to collaborate in a wide range of situations and with people at all levels within the organisation.
- Adherence to budgets, objectives and deadlines on projects with the aim of enhancing productivity and value.
