SAP QA Automation Engineer Backend Team m/f/d

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust cloud-native microservices. You will work within agile teams, contributing to the overall success of our office in Belgrade.

Main tasks:

• Implementation, execution, and improvement of automated tests
• Implementation, execution, and improvement of continuous integration tools
• Inside-out knowledge of the tested system
• Development of test strategies, creating test plans and test procedures
• Execution of test cases, using automated tools or manually
• Creation of test reports, defects investigation, and reporting
• Monitoring, maintenance, tweaking, and development of automatic backend testing systems

Requrements:

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is considered as a bonus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of programming languages like C# or Java (Python is considered as a bonus)
• Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
• Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with peers
• Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and best practices.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization.

- Familiarity with container orchestration and clustering.
