CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
People Management
Overall Creative oversight of content, design, video and writing
Supports responsibility for brand oversight, approvals and management
Supervision of PM, reporting KPIs
Participates in project prioritization and people assignments internal/external
Shares in project load
Produce content for various formats including web, social media and print.
Highlight key messages and show call-to-action elements clearly.
Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Prioritize projects and adapt to changes in direction or scope.
Use effective dialog to successfully achieve customer requirements.
Collaborate with team members and external vendors when required.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
MUST HAVE
Minimum of eight years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software for graphic design and motion graphics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English skills (written and verbal).
WE VALUE
A high school diploma, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience using the latest content technologies.
