Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Organizational Development domain within the organization.
  • Build, design, and deliver organization-wide programs such as Leadership Development, Performance Management, Talent Mapping, Leveling, Job Architecture and Engagement Surveys.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations.
  • Create personalized, tailor-made programs for specific needs of teams and managers, such as divisional leadership development, team building, and change management initiatives.
  • Develop career growth programs for Rapyd employees.
  • Build and implement end-to-end solutions for organizational re-designs, Mergers & Acquisitions, value creation programs, and other strategic transformations.
  • Oversee the organizational development budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a global high-tech or similar fast-paced environment, in Organizational Development, Talent Development, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Consulting, HR, or a relevant field.
  • English as a native language or at a very high level.
  • Experience with organizational design and M&A – an advantage.
  • A quick learner, a go-getter who always keeps an open mind and willingness to be challenged.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
