Responsibilities:
- Lead the Organizational Development domain within the organization.
- Build, design, and deliver organization-wide programs such as Leadership Development, Performance Management, Talent Mapping, Leveling, Job Architecture and Engagement Surveys.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations.
- Create personalized, tailor-made programs for specific needs of teams and managers, such as divisional leadership development, team building, and change management initiatives.
- Develop career growth programs for Rapyd employees.
- Build and implement end-to-end solutions for organizational re-designs, Mergers & Acquisitions, value creation programs, and other strategic transformations.
- Oversee the organizational development budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows.
